41A Board may seek further information (1) To decide whether to grant an application for an authorisation, the Board may: (a) with the permission of the unregistered person in relation to whom the authorisation is sought – request information about the unregistered person from a referee for the unregistered (2) In addition, the Board may require the applicant or the unregistered person to give the Board any further information it considers necessary to decide the application.
