40B Changes to conditions of registration (1) The Board may at any time, by written notice to a person, vary or revoke a condition, other than the professional development condition, imposed on, or impose a condition on, the person's registration: (a) on the request of the person; or (b) on the Board's own initiative. (2) If, under subsection (1), the Board receives a request from a person to vary or revoke a condition imposed on the person's registration, the Board must decide the request within 90 days of receiving it. (3) The Board may give a person's employer written notice of the variation or revocation of a condition imposed on, or the imposition of a condition on, the person's registration under subsection (1).
