40 Certificate of registration (1) The Director must issue a person with a certificate of registration if: (a) the Board grants registration, or a renewal of registration, to the person; or (b) any of the details specified in the certificate of registration change. (2) A certificate of registration must be in the approved form and specify the following: (a) whether the registration is full registration or provisional registration; (b) the date the term of the registration starts; (c) the date the term of the registration ends; (d) each condition imposed on the registration; (e) the date to which registration fees have been paid. (3) A certificate of registration may be issued in a way decided by the Director (including, for example, electronically).
