39ABoard may defer consideration of application

39A Board may defer consideration of application (1) This section applies if, at the time that the Board receives an application for a renewal of registration: (a) an inquiry is being conducted in relation to the applicant; or (b) the Board has decided to hold an inquiry in relation to the applicant but the inquiry has not yet started. (2) The Board may defer consideration of the application until the Board receives a report from the inquiry committee under section 63.
