37 Application for renewal (1) A person may apply for a renewal of the person's registration. (a) except with the Board's approval – made within the prescribed period before the term of the applicant's registration ends; and (b) made in the approved form; and (c) accompanied by the documents required by the approved (d) accompanied by the prescribed fee. (3) An applicant may include in an application a request that the Board vary or revoke a condition imposed on the applicant's registration.
