25A Board may publish policies and guidelines (1) The Board may publish, and make publicly available, policies or guidelines in relation to the performance by the Board of its functions under this Act. (2) The Board may make the published material available to the public in any manner the Board considers appropriate. (3) Without limiting subsection (2), the Board may publish the material on the Board's website.
