16 Meetings (1) The Board will meet as determined by the Board but must meet at least 3 times per year.
Teacher Registration (Northern Territory) Act 2004 11 (2) The chairperson: (a) may convene a meeting of the Board; and (b) must convene a meeting on request by any 5 Board members. (3) The Minister may at any time direct the chairperson to convene a meeting of the Board and the chairperson must convene a meeting accordingly. (4) Subject to this Act, the Board determines the procedure to be followed at or in connection with its meetings.
