#### 9 Existing accreditation of transition scheme teachers 9 Existing accreditation of transition scheme teachers > > (1) Any accreditation by a teacher accreditation authority under section 37 that was in force immediately before the repeal of that section by the amending Act is, on that repeal, taken to be an accreditation by the authority at proficient teacher level under section 32 (as inserted by the amending Act). > > > (2) Division 4 of Part 4 of this Act continues, despite its repeal by the amending Act, to apply in relation to those persons whose conditional accreditation by a teacher accreditation authority under that Division was still in force immediately before that repeal.
