#### 38B Non-practising accreditation 38B Non-practising accreditation > > (1) The Authority may, on application by a person who is not required to be accredited, accredit the person at non-practising level if the person— > > > > > (a) satisfies the requirements for accreditation at non-practising level prescribed by the regulations or specified in the rules of the Authority, and > > > > > (b) does not intend to undertake the duties of a teacher in a school or early childhood education centre. > > > (2) The Authority may refuse an application to accredit a person at non-practising level. > > **s 38B:** Ins 2021 No 41, Sch 1\[28\].
