#### 21 Accreditation of teachers at schools and early childhood education centres 21 Accreditation of teachers at schools and early childhood education centres > > (1) The Authority may, in accordance with this Part— > > > > > (a) grant accreditation for the purpose of teaching in a school or early childhood education centre, or > > > > > (b) accredit a non-school based teacher or non-centre based teacher, or > > > > > (c) grant non-practising accreditation. > > > (1A) (Repealed) > > > (2) If a person is accredited under this Part, the person’s accreditation has effect in relation to any school or early childhood education centre, but is subject to revocation by the Authority. > > > (3) The accreditation of a person under this Part is not restricted to accreditation in relation to a specific area of study, learning or expertise.
