16 Authority to maintain roll of teachers
(1) The Authority is required to maintain, in printed or electronic form (or both), a roll of teachers for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The roll of teachers is to consist of 2 parts, namely—
(a) the public register of teachers, and
(b) the accreditation list.
