11 Right of appeal
[Regulation 11 Amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 252, Applied:01 Jul 2025] A person who is aggrieved by a finding or determination of the Commission in relation to an application made by that person may, unless the application relates to a decision specified in Schedule 2 , apply to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a review of the finding or determination.
