These regulations make a technical amendment to the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2019 and take effect when the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 commence (reg 2). The instrument itself contains no substantive operative provisions — the amendment has been recorded in the authorised version of the 2019 review regulations (reg 4) and the instrument is administered by the Department of State Growth.

These regulations may be cited as the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Amendment Regulations 2023 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 commence.
In these regulations, the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2019 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2019 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 26 June 2023
