98 Booking service provider

(1)  [Section 98 Subsection (1) substituted by No. 28 of 2020, s. 64, Applied:01 Dec 2022] The Commission, by notice in writing given to the proprietor or manager of a booking service provider, within the meaning of the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011 , may require that person to supply the Commission with any information relating to the operations of the booking service provider that the Commission requires for the effective administration of this Act.

(2)  A person who has been required to supply information under subsection (1) must supply the information in writing within the time period specified by the Commission.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
