91A Hailing small passenger vehicles other than taxis
[Section 91A Inserted by No. 61 of 2011, s. 50, Applied:01 Jul 2013] Except with the prior authorisation of the Commission, a person must not hire out a small passenger vehicle to a person hailing it on a public street if the small passenger vehicle is not a taxi.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
