86 Effect of licence being suspended
[Section 86 Amended by No. 28 of 2020, s. 56, Applied:01 Dec 2022] Where a licence is suspended under this Act –
(a) [Section 86 Amended by No. 28 of 2020, s. 56, Applied:01 Dec 2022] the holder or owner of the licence is not relieved from any obligation under this Act in respect of the suspended licence; and
(b) [Section 86 Amended by No. 28 of 2020, s. 56, Applied:01 Dec 2022] the Commission is not prevented from exercising any power that it could exercise if the licence had not been suspended; and
(c) [Section 86 Amended by No. 28 of 2020, s. 56, Applied:01 Dec 2022] the holder or owner of the licence is not entitled to be issued with any licence under this Act until the period of suspension has ended.
