84Q Delivering up restricted hire vehicle licence
[Section 84Q Inserted by No. 61 of 2011, s. 48, Applied:01 Jul 2013] The holder of a restricted hire vehicle licence must, if given notice by the Commission to do so, deliver up that licence to the Commission at such time and place as is specified in the notice.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
