84G Misrepresentation of person as holder of restricted hire vehicle licence
[Section 84G Inserted by No. 61 of 2011, s. 48, Applied:01 Jul 2013] A person who does not hold a restricted hire vehicle licence must not hold himself or herself out to be the holder of a restricted hire vehicle licence or the operator of a restricted hire vehicle service.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
