13Departure prohibition orders (Act s 14S)

#### 13 Departure prohibition orders (Act s 14S) (1) For the purposes of subsection 14S(1) of the Act, the prescribed form is Form 3 in Schedule 1. (2) For the purposes of paragraph 14S(4)(a) of the Act, a person is informed, as prescribed, of the making of a departure prohibition order if a copy of the order is served in accordance with regulation 12F. (3) For the purposes of subparagraph 14S(4)(b)(ii) of the Act, each of the following persons is prescribed: (a) the Comptroller‑General of Customs (within the meaning of the Customs Act 1901); (b) the Commissioner of Police of the Australian Federal Police; (c) the Secretary to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
