55 Power to bring forward the time for payment of tax If the Commissioner has reason to believe that a taxpayer may leave Australia before tax falls due for payment, the Commissioner may, by notice to the taxpayer, bring forward the date on which the tax falls due for payment to an earlier date specified in the notice.
