132 Legal proceedings in commissioner’s name
(1) A legal proceeding may be taken by or against the commissioner in
the name Commissioner for Australian Capital Territory Revenue.
(2) A person who takes a legal proceeding in the name of the
commissioner must be presumed to be authorised to take the
proceeding.
