#### 25C Application for renewal of registration If an entity that is a registered tax agent or BAS agent applies for renewal of its registration under section 20‑20 of the Act, then a statement to that effect must be entered on the register in respect of the entity until: (a) the application is withdrawn or discontinued; or (b) the Board makes a decision on the application; whichever occurs first.
