#### 6B Termination of recognition at request of professional organisation If an organisation that is a recognised BAS agent association or recognised tax agent association surrenders its recognition by notice in writing to the Board under this regulation, the Board must terminate the recognition of the organisation: (a) on, or as soon as practicable after, the day the Board receives the notice; or (b) if a later day is specified in the notice—on that later day.
