6A Review of decisions
Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of any of the following decisions of the Board: (a) a decision not to recognise an organisation as a recognised BAS agent association under regulation 4D; (b) a decision to terminate a recognised BAS agent association’s recognition under regulation 4G; (c) a decision not to recognise an organisation as a recognised tax agent association under regulation 5B; (d) a decision to terminate a recognised tax agent association’s recognition under regulation 5E.
