#### 70‑5 Injunction to restrain or require certain conduct (1) If, on the application of the Board, the \*Federal Court is satisfied that you have engaged, or are proposing to engage, in conduct that would constitute a contravention of a civil penalty provision, the Federal Court may grant an injunction: (a) restraining you from engaging in the conduct; or (b) if in the Federal Court’s opinion it is desirable to do so, requiring you to do something. (2) Before deciding the application, the \*Federal Court may grant an interim injunction: (a) restraining you from engaging in conduct; or (b) requiring you to do something.
