#### 70‑25 Immunity from legal action No action, suit or proceeding may be brought against: (a) a person who is, or has been, a \*Board member; or (b) a person who is, or has been, a member of a \*committee; in relation to anything done, or omitted to be done, in good faith by the Board member or committee member: (c) in the performance, or purported performance, of the Board’s functions; or (d) in the exercise, or purported exercise, of the Board’s powers.
