sec.70 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may be made about the following— setting fees payable under this Act, including the waiver, reduction, postponement or refund of fees payable or paid; the making, keeping and inspection of records in connection with the carrying on of a body art tattooing business. s 70 amd 2016 No. 62 s 442 (sec.70-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. (sec.70-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may be made about the following— setting fees payable under this Act, including the waiver, reduction, postponement or refund of fees payable or paid; the making, keeping and inspection of records in connection with the carrying on of a body art tattooing business.
