sec.43 Authority conferred by permit
A permit granted under this division (a visiting tattooist permit ) authorises the permit holder to perform body art tattooing procedures— under the conditions of the permit; and for the period stated in the permit.
- (a) under the conditions of the permit; and
- (b) for the period stated in the permit.
