sec.35B Term of renewed licence
A licence granted under this division (a renewed licence ) begins at the end of the day on which, apart from its renewal, the licence being renewed would have ended. A renewed licence is granted for the term, of 1 year or 3 years, stated in the renewed licence. s 35B ins 2016 No. 62 s 428 (sec.35B-ssec.1) A licence granted under this division (a renewed licence ) begins at the end of the day on which, apart from its renewal, the licence being renewed would have ended.
