sec.23 Licensee not to sell or dispose of licence
It is a condition of a licence that the licensee must not— sell, dispose of, deliver, loan, hire or rent the licence to another person; or permit another person to use the licence.
- (a) sell, dispose of, deliver, loan, hire or rent the licence to another person; or
- (b) permit another person to use the licence.
