18 Disorderly conduct

(1) A person on a TasTAFE campus must not –

(a) behave in a disorderly manner; or

(b) behave in a manner that threatens his or her own safety or the safety of any other person.

(2) A person who fails to comply with subclause (1) commits a disciplinary offence.
