Tasmania regulation
This order transfers Property Tasmania (then part of the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment) into the Department of Treasury and Finance, changing which department administratively holds its functions. It takes effect on the day it is notified in the Gazette.
It therefore alters departmental accountability for Property Tasmania’s staff, functions, assets and reporting lines; the order is administered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet (s.3; s.2).
