17 Treasurer may deposit money with the Corporation
[Section 17 Amended by No. 4 of 1995, s. 14 and Sched. 1 ][Section 17 Amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] Notwithstanding the Financial Management Act 2016 , any money under the control of the Treasurer may be deposited with or lent to the Corporation by the Treasurer upon such terms and conditions as the Treasurer may determine.
