7 Constitution of Corporation
(1) The constitution of the Corporation is to include the principal objectives of the Corporation.
(1A) [Section 7 Subsection (1A) inserted by No. 18 of 2025, s. 64, Applied:01 Jan 2026] As soon as practicable after the commencement of this subsection, the Corporation is to amend its constitution to include provisions to the effect of the provisions in Schedule 2 .
(2) The provisions of the constitution of the Corporation are to be consistent with this Act.
