6 Payment to judgment creditor to be deemed made to officer
*[Section 6 Amended by No. 29 of 1984, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*A payment made to a judgment creditor in pursuance of this Act shall, as between the Tasmanian Government and the employee, be deemed to be a payment by the Tasmanian Government to the employee.
