Tasmania regulation
This Order amends the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 by prescribing its short title, fixing commencement as the day the making is notified in the Gazette, and declaring that the amendments effected by clause 4 are incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Act. It is administered by the Department of Economic Development. It affects persons and bodies governed by the Principal Act because it changes the Act’s text; the Order itself is procedural and leaves the concrete policy effects to the specific amendments incorporated (cl.4).
