Tasmania regulation
This Order gives its short title, states it takes effect when notification appears in the Gazette, and identifies the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 as the Principal Act. It also records that an amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of that Act and says the Department of State Development administers the instrument. Mechanically this instrument formalises commencement and incorporation; it does not itself create new substantive regulatory duties (cls 1–4).
