### 44 Register of directors' shareholdings, &c.
> > (1) *\[Section 44 Subsection (1) amended by No. 76 of 1995, s. 28 and Sched. 1 \]*TDR shall keep a register showing, with respect to each director and authorized officer, particulars of –
