### 40 Indemnity for directors and officers > *\[Section 40 Amended by No. 76 of 1995, s. 28 and Sched. 1 \]*Except as provided in this Part, a director or officer of TDR shall not incur any personal liability in respect of any act, matter, or thing done, or omitted to be done, in good faith in the execution or purported execution of the provisions of this Act.
