### 14 Disposal of land purchased for new industries > > (1) *\[Section 14 Subsection (1) amended by No. 76 of 1995, s. 28 and Sched. 1 \]*TDR may, with the approval of the Minister, dispose of any land acquired under [section 12](#GS12@EN) to a person who has an interest in a business undertaking – > > > > > > (a) by granting a lease of the land for such term as TDR thinks fit, and containing such terms and conditions as it thinks fit; or > > > > > > > (b) by selling the land on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit. > > > (2) Any land that is leased to a person in accordance with [subsection (1)](#GS14@Gs1@EN) [(a)](#GS14@Gs1@Hpa@EN) may be sold subsequently to that person or his assigns in accordance with [subsection (1)](#GS14@Gs1@EN) [(b)](#GS14@Gs1@Hpb@EN) .
