### 12 Acquisition of land for business undertakings > > (1)  *\[Section 12 Subsection (1) amended by No. 76 of 1995, s. 28 and Sched. 1 \]*TDR may, with the approval of the Minister, acquire land for the purpose of a business undertaking or for the purpose of establishing, developing, or expanding business undertakings generally. > > > (2)  Any land acquired under this section may be subsequently leased or sold in accordance with [section 14](#GS14@EN) .
