4 Tasmanian Community Fund
(1) [Section 4 Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The Tasmanian Community Fund established under the repealed Act continues in existence as an account in the Public Account.
(2) Money standing immediately before the commencement of this Act to the credit of the fund established within the Special Deposits and Trust Fund under the repealed Act stands to the credit of the Fund.
(3) [Section 4 Subsection (3) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] Any amounts determined in accordance with section 5 are to be paid into the Fund each year out of the Public Account without further appropriation than this section.
