Tasmania regulation
These rules formally amend the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Rules 2021 by incorporating specified amendments into the authorised version and take effect on the day their making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2). The Rules Committee made them on 6 April 2022; the Department of Justice administers them. Mechanically, the instrument updates the Principal Rules’ text rather than creating standalone new procedures, so any practical compliance costs or changed behaviour flow from the incorporated amendments themselves, not from this short amendment instrument.
