Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2021 to update the Tribunal’s fees and record those changes in the authorised version (Regs 3–5). They take effect when the making is notified in the Gazette (Reg 2) and therefore directly affect people and businesses who pay Tribunal filing or hearing fees; the Department of Justice administers the rules.
