55 Delegation
[Section 55 Amended by No. 17 of 2021, s. 14, Applied:05 Nov 2021] A registrar may delegate a function of the registrar under this Act (other than this power of delegation) or another Act –
(a) to a particular person or committee; or
(b) to persons from time to time performing particular duties or holding or acting in particular positions.
