17 Expiration of this Act
(1) Where the Minister is satisfied that all the funds of the Trust have been applied in the administration of this Act, the Minister shall –
(a) give public notification of that fact; and
(b) by notice published in the Gazette, fix a date for the expiration of this Act.
(2) This Act expires on a date fixed under subsection (1) (b) and on that date the Trust is dissolved.
