(1) [Section 11 Subsection (1) amended by No. 50 of 2008, Sched. 2, Applied:01 Jul 2010] The Trust shall keep proper accounts and records in relation to the exercise of its powers.
(1A) [Section 11 Subsection (1A) inserted by No. 50 of 2008, Sched. 2, Applied:01 Jul 2010] The Trust is to prepare and forward to the Auditor-General a copy of its financial statements for each financial year in accordance with the Audit Act 2008 .
(2) The Trust may employ a person to perform its duties under subsection (1) and pay remuneration to that person from the funds of the Trust.
