64C Registered training organisations to provide information to Board
[Section 64C Amended by No. 15 of 2015, s. 117, Applied:29 May 2015] [Section 64C Inserted by No. 50 of 2011, Sched. 1, Applied:15 Feb 2012] [Section 64C Amended by No. 9 of 2022, s. 132, Applied:01 Jul 2023] A registered training organisation conducting operations in this State must provide returns of its client records of attainment of units of competency and qualifications, as are determined by the Board, to the Board at such times and in such manner as the Board determines.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
