55G Amendment of approval

(1) [Section 55G Subsection (1) amended by No. 9 of 2022, s. 77, Applied:01 Jul 2023] [Section 55G Subsection (1) amended by No. 15 of 2015, s. 63, Applied:29 May 2015] The Board may amend the approval of an approved overseas higher education provider on the request of the approved overseas higher education provider or at its own discretion.
(2) [Section 55G Subsection (2) amended by No. 9 of 2022, s. 77, Applied:01 Jul 2023] [Section 55G Subsection (2) amended by No. 15 of 2015, s. 63, Applied:29 May 2015] If the Board amends a registration under subsection (1) , the Board is to –
(a) notify the approved overseas higher education provider, in writing, of that amendment; and
(b) either endorse that amendment on the approval certificate or provide the approved overseas higher education provider with a replacement approval certificate.
(3) The amendment of the approval of an approved overseas higher education provider takes effect on the day specified in the notice provided to that provider under subsection (2)(a) .
