29 Cancellation of accreditation as accredited senior secondary course
(1) [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 9 of 2022, s. 45, Applied:01 Jul 2023] [Section 29 Subsection (1) amended by No. 15 of 2015, s. 31, Applied:29 May 2015] The Board may, at any time in writing, cancel the accreditation of an accredited senior secondary course if the Board is no longer satisfied of the matters specified in section 26(3) .
(2) A cancellation takes effect on the day specified in it.
